Clinton E. Curtis, ex-programmer tells all during a Congressional hearing on voting fraud. In October 2000, Curtis was asked by Tom Feeney (R), then Speaker of the House in Florida, to write a computer program that would render electronic voting fraud undetectable....Curtis did just that.
Curtis testified before a Congressional Hearing revealing that he had written a computer program that would steal an election because his company had asked him to. The head lobbyist for his firm was also the Speaker of the House Tom Feeney of Florida. The only way to detect this electronic voting fraud would be to check the source code beforehand rendering it basically undetectable once in use.
Curtis had also worked for NASA, ExxonMobile, and Department of Transporation.
