Boxing the winter blues away

I have been really motivated lately to get back into shape for Summer. I have had far too much comfort food this Winter and I am not feeling up to my usual tip top self.

As well as my usual gym routine I have increased the amount of cardio in my workouts. Wednesday night is Boxing night. Now before you all get crazy like the last time I told you I was boxing I just want to make sure you understand that it is a cardio class. I am not boxing in a ring bashing peoples heads in.

I have to admit that is is a great way to let out the frustration that builds up over the course of the week. I get to take out my aggression on my unfortunate partner and get a great workout at the same time. I already feel my fitness improving. I'll be back to top speedo shape in no time.
