Waterboarding: Not just for Nazi's Anymore...

This might be an old subject but I had never seen waterboarding played out in a movie before. This video clip is from Jakob the Liar, which is an excellent movie, and shows Nazi's using waterboarding as a form or torture. Fictional or not it looks like torture to me. America need to protcet itself but we don't need to act like Nazi's do we?
