Sandra Bullock Getting Divorced and Has Adopted a Baby?

In a twist that no one could have seen coming it is being reported that Sandra Bullock is finally moving ahead with the divorce of Jesse James, no real shock, but has also adopted a child. The cover of People magazine has a shot of her holding a small black, possibly African, child above her head beaming with the smile that helped win the hearts of America. What is the American public to think of
