The area we are in is part of the New South Wales Central coast. Gosford to be exact. We had lunch in Terrigal which was beautiful. Central coast boys are scorchin hot. It's all the sun and surf up here. I had the camera with me in the hope of snapping some surf shots but the surf here is pretty flat at the moment so I haven't gotten anything yet. I always enjoy the beach as you know and I was really keen to check out Terrigal after having seen some photos of the area.
After lunch we took a bit more of a look around. Then it was dinner with friends and some of the best sticky date pudding I have ever eaten. Then it was a slow drive home and into bed.
I was a little dissappointed at missing the final of the Nutrigrain Ironman series back in Sydney but the break away and time with C has been well worth it.
